The reason why we were dissatisfied was because the bus driver , woman was downright rude to us. We had an electronic ticket and also the invoice with all travel details on our phones. She did not want to see our tickets, but the invoices. When we accidentally showed her the return ticket she mocked us in front of all the other passengers. It was so obvious that she had no respect for us. She eventually let us on board but also made us put our small packs under the bus. Other costumers did not have to do so. Not certain why she disliked us so much. Later when a friend of hers entered the bus she commenced with loud private conversations while driving the bus. Sorry that this is not positive , but she certainly spoiled our experience a fair bit.

My trip was fine however the two people I was travelling with accidentally booked their tickets for the previous day. The staff member was not understanding in the slightest and refused to let them buy a new ticket or let them on even though the bus was less than half full. Very disappointing way of treating customers, if thought was used on your staff members behalf they wouldn't have missed their flights and their weekend away.
