Driver was okay. But there was blood all over the washroom and floor by my seat. I had to throw my bag out upon arrival home and disinfect my shoes. Biohazard health concern for sure.

The drivers were professional and drove according to the road conditions. The seats are comfortable and equipped with shoulder seat belts. There’s complimentary wifi, a plug-in outlet at each seat and overhead storage like in an airplane. Highly recommend!

The Bus got Overheated, therefore we reached 2 hours late and had to go through the heat outside while waiting for the 2nd bus to arrive. my very first experience was bad. Although, I appreciate the efforts of the company to shift us to the 2nd bus and do their best in handling the situation, however, my rating is based on the goal that was to ensure our whole journey to be safe and comfortable.
