The bus was on time and everything was fine. What I didn't like is that I have paid for WhatsApp communication but I never received any message prior to the trip, even via email. This is the first communication since after the confirmation email. I feel I have wasted my money paying for what didn't happen. I was struggling to get your office, the communication would have assisted. 2nd point is that there was no aircon, the winter night was super cold. If it is working, they should turn it on during the midnight trips. Otherwise everything was good and the bus was clean.
