"I was waiting in line for the bus, but there were people ahead of me in the queue. When I asked the person in front of me, they said boarding hadn't started yet. However, the bus suddenly departed at 9:45 pm. When I inquired, I was told that the queue was for a different bus. I think National Express should have at least made an announcement or given a final call before leaving. Unlike other buses, which give a warning before departure, National Express left without notice. When I phoned customer support, they claimed it wasn't their responsibility."

I was suppose to arrive in London7:30 am then to Heathrow 9:15 am the bus arrived in luton airport after and the driver left us on the bus i had to get another bus to paddington the hearthrow express train which cost me more money
