there was one incident I'd like to report. Adirondack T team were great. However a Greyhound representative came up to me while I was in line to border suggesting I step out of the line to discuss my ticket - since it was Adirondack not Greyhound. I've taken this route many times and this has never happened. The others in line said I should stay in the line (or they would hold it for me since the line was long. An Adirondack person approached and told me I was fine (and that the Greyhound person didn't know her job or something other than that). What was that all about? I like Adirondack Trailways and continue to use it.

Seating, charging stations and wifi facilities were great but lateness is a major issue. The bus was never early; not for departure nor arrival. The ETA to NYC was 7:10am. We got there 8:15 am. I planned my trip with that time in mind as I had plans. Being an hour late threw my plans out of whack and I had to be scrambling to do damage control. Ironically, if a passenger is late he or she is left stranded without any mercy or grace shown. I witnessed this on my trip up to Buffalo. A man and his son arrived just as the bus was pulling out after being over 1/2 hour late. The driver could simply have stopped, braked, opened the door and allowed them in. They had no luggage that I could see. He kept driving, leaving them stranded forgetting that we just waited on him over half hour late. Noone made a fuss or said anything. 😮💨

The drivers were great (switched halfway), especially the second one. But I would definitely not recommend hopping on a 12 hour bus ride during a winter storm as it turned into a 15 hour one…

The bus never arrived. I have screenshots of the delay and new estimated arrival updates. I waited at the right area for 2 hours, showed up one hour early. Suddenly, I got an email asking how my trip was. I had to pay extra to find another way to my destination and struggled so much more than if I had just went with a different option.
