Margate has received positive feedback for its friendly and experienced drivers, punctual service, and comfortable journeys. Customers appreciate the affordability of bookings and ease of travel arrangements. However, some users have mentioned challenges with communication when running late for their bus departure. Overall, Margate provides a reliable travel experience.

We were a bit disapointed in them not having a drop off at Shelly Beach, whilst they did Umtentweni - we had to be at BMW Shelly beach before 1pm. Wr got off at Port Shepstone and arranged family to take us to BMW - next to the highway. Which would have taken the driver a maximum of 3 minutes on the detour. But overall the driver was very friendly and a brilliant driver !!
