Communication should be better via text or email with the bus information. I had no idea what bus I am taking, I knew only the station , platform and time. Bus driver did not see me on the list and sent me somewhere else. Another bus did not even go through my city. Was stressful.

The worst international bus ever. I was sitting on the back seats with 3 other people. No toilets. Some weird bus change in the middle of the night. The drivers were harassing people to pay for everything. And the biggest issue it's going to arrive my destination with about a 8 hours delay. And that's not all things that was wrong. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

Arrival time scheduled for 05.30... new arrival time 12.30. The delay was not due to the border crossing which went rather quickly. We left the first pickup point late and it continued with every other pick up there after. Recommend choosing another carrier.
