Avanza receives positive feedback for its efficient and smooth travel experience, with users appreciating the comfortable buses, friendly drivers, and affordable tickets. However, some travelers have noted challenges such as unclear booking information regarding stops at Málaga airport and a lack of clear signage in Segovia station that may affect non-Spanish speaking tourists.

The driver for this bus was very friendly and had a great attitude! It was a little difficult to understand the end point/drop off to pass along to the friends picking us up, but otherwise it was a pleasant trip and left on time from Malaga. The station itself in Malaga was a bit dirty (washrooms especially) and needs some care and attention, but I understand this is not the bus company.
