Cabin was very clean and spacious, bathrooms as well. Communication between the company and patrons regarding delays, ETA, departure platform, etc. was very clear and consistent/easy to find. However there was some serious delays that caused me to nearly miss a flight.

Not bad for a first train experience. The long delay was disappointing but out of their control - I understand that another train had a mechanical failure and blocked the track.
