Unfortunately I was at the bus stop across the road from where the bus stopped. I went to the exact address on the ticket - 239 Burgess rd and the actual pickup was not at that point. I was waiting for the bus from 1545 and it passed me at 1723. I then had to take a taxi hire to Heathrow. Very stressful.
