Bus didn't look like the plan of the bus for seat selection. The drivers didn't announce station so it was only lucky that I noticed a street sign or I would have missed getting off in buenos aires

We booked a journey to Buenos Aires. The ticket said 'Liniers Terminal'. Turned out this is a stop on the edge of BA city. We had to pay 1000 pesos each 'informally' to the bus driver to continue to the actual city centre terminal at Retiro.

The staff were fine although as we were sleeping at 1130pm they turned the lights on and threw snack boxes on our laps. The bus was filthy and the last stop at 8pm was announced, the women's bathrooms weren't working and we're absolutely disgusting. There were no options for food at the stop other than chips and sandwiches.

The bus bathroom was so disgusting. Dirty from the beginning of the trip. The food provided is not sufficient for a 19hour bus. Breakfast should be more than a sugar biscuit. Not enough leg room and the bus was not andesmar like we booked.

Departure was at 6.50 pm. There was nobody to see from the staff till 9.00 am: breakfast with 4 sweet parts and water. There was no dinner box. There was no individual light at the seats. The USB plugs were mostly destroyed. The bathroom was in a ugly status
