Very good the drivers were very nice . Only one thing wrong . On journey home we picked up some passengers, teenagers they were dropped off at swansea uni one girl was sick on the bus they were drunk an irish lady told the driver what had happened .He had to clean that up so it rather spoiled the trip.

All good. On time, courteous staff, clear and polite instructions. Clean bus. Only a couple of blips. The driver of the outward bound coach took my ticket from me on which was printed my ticket for the return journey. I didn't realise at the time so I had to get another printed at the coach station in London. Also the radio was blaring uncomfortably loudly when I first boarded the bus in London. Fortunately, it was switched off for the journey.
