The bus from Nottingham to Victoria station arrived at Victoria station on time. Conversely the bus from Victoria Station to Gatwick arrived late and when it left the station it was already 45 minutes late. On-route the driver told us it take another two hours to reach our destination Gatwick North, which meant that we would arrive late to check in for our flight. we ask the driver to drop us off the bus, and we were helped by our daughter who worked nearby to re-arrange our travel to Gatwick via the train. We relied on national express and was very disappointed as a result.
