I really like that NCN Thompson Bus Lines will have 2 new buses. However, I found the seats to be so tight and not enough leg room. Also, I couldn't find the overhead lighting so that I could read. I do appreciate the new plug ins that enable me to charge my phone. The buses are so brand new and I like the fact that the driver told all of us where to get additional toilet paper if needed.

Firstly, I nearly missed the bus because it drove right past me! I was at the bus stop waiting inside a truck. It didn’t slow down or stop so my father in law had to follow behind it down the highway, flashing his lights until the bus driver finally pulled the bus over. He said he didn’t know he had to stop. The bus was also over an hour late.
