The power plugs were not always working, and when they were, the charge was too slow. The TV signal was bad and was constantly disappearing. Also, it was hard to identify the bus in the beginning. It would be great to have the bus number in the tickets and contact numbers in case of the passenger can not find it.

The trip till the Turkish border was ok. Afterwards they wanted to change busses, from the big standard one to a smaller one. In fact it was too small and we didn’t really all fit in. At first the staff guy wanted to leave me behind and suggested that I should take the public bus to Batumi or take a taxi. After all I went with them, but the staff from before changed and a new person, who wasn’t from the staff, drove the very packed bus.

The pick up location in batumi was not clear in the email/Ticket. The bus terminal was under construction and no busses were there. after 1.5 hr in taxi asking random local people and running with a heavy bag in the streets, I found the karadeniz office near intercity bus station. the lady was exteramly rude & shouted at me in russian for buying online ticket and after begging she agreed to help and I had to get a taxi to meet the bus somewhere in the street. I eventually got in the bus 30min late thanks to the help of the last taxi.
