The driver was very helpful, explaining that due to the weather conditions, (extremely high winds) the old Severn Bridge had to be closed. The coach arrived on time, which was amazing considering the dreadful weather conditions

Very good service and value for money. Only gave four stars as bus nearly left without about 10 passengers on return journey. Supervisor at coach station wouldn’t let us out from terminal even though we could see bus and people on board. He kept telling us we would be called. Then we saw driver close doors and start up. Only got on because a young lady refused to be ignored and went out to bus and told driver how many people were still in station! As it was the last bus of the day we would have been furious if it had gone as we were all there in plenty of time!
