It was an awful experience. We were stopped at Cologne by the german police. And the drivers did not tell us anything. The police informed us there front window was broken and they fined the company. We were waiting for a new bus but noone could tell the time. After 4-5 hours a new bus came and took us to Brussels. But by the time I missed my join bus and I had to wait for the following one which was 23.00. So I got to London 12 hours later as the original schedule. I am asking for a refund which is 55.40 euro, as I could not go to work the following day , made really big problems for me and my employer too.
