Hi the bus didn’t stop at pool valley I was sat waiting in my sons car two other people were standing at the bus stop when we saw a small notice A5 size amongst others saying the bus would be picking up from opposite the pavilion instead, we ran around the corner saw the coach outside the pavillion but we had to run across two roads and a green we just made it to the coach as it pulled away I feel I should have been made aware of this as a result I missed half a day of my event I find it very hard to believe the driver didn’t see us as he was expecting to pick up three people anyhow at that pick up point.

They was no journey. I did not board my bus because it departed from a different location. I was not notified of the change in stop, so I was not present to board the bus.

Everything was fine, but the time table indicated that the stop at Heathrow would be terminal 2 and 3, but it was also terminal 5 (which was actually grate for us, but we had considered to start the trip in a much more inconveniate place just to get to terminal 5).
Based on 10315 reviews, the company was rated 3.5 stars on Busbud. Travellers were especially satisfied with the ticket access and the temperature but often complained with the Wi-Fi. FlixBus ticket prices on this trip start at US$14
