It was not very good. First, my bus time was change a day before and it didn’t work with my schedule, so I had to call their customer service couple of times to reschedule. Secondly, the bus was way too cold and passengers were frozen. I asked the bus driver to rise a temperature a little, but she didn’t listen to me. Thirdly, the buss was 1.5 hours late to arrive at NY. I had to cancel and reschedule my daughter’s harp lesson at the conservatory. I had horrible experience and will not use Flix Bus anymore.
