Terrible experience. Could not communicate with the driver (complete language barrier) who drove on a flat tire for 150+ miles and did not announce stops. Was telling people with the same tickets as me that they weren't allowed on the bus causing us to depart half an hour later than the bus already had been. Kept filling a slashed tire with air and continuing to drive, which caused the bus to initially arrive over an hour late. eventually the bus fire alarm was going off and all passengers has to get off at a truck stop on the side of 95 and wait for HOURS for a mechanic. Absolutely no updates from Flixbus or greyhound, only the updates from other passengers trying their best to understand the driver. When all was said and done the bus was well over FIVE HOURS late. All connecting buses were missed of course. And flixbus support is just AI. Nobody to call about a refund for the abysmal experience.
