Last time I will ever take the Greyhound. And this is saying a lot considering that I have consistently taken it for a year. This trip was the last straw. Greyhound has no consideration for their customers and their safety. 1. No info sent about schedule cancellation 2. Bus is 3 hours late 3. Bus breaks down on the highway and instead of considering the passengers safety (getting a tow truck and a new bus) they send a mechanic. We waited 5 HOURS to get picked up because this company is more concerned about saving money than being efficient.

In Saratoga greyhound staff loaded the luggage on the bus. At customs staff removed the luggage. After inspection. I had to load my own bag. And in Montreal. I had to crawl into the luggage compartment to unload my own bag as did everyone else on that bus. There was no sign of driver or other staff for assistance. I am 70 years old with bad knees and a bad back. Additionally many of the foot rests were broken so there was nothing to brace my body against for the rough road and braking of the bus. I will never take the bus again this was not worth the time saved versus taking the train from Saratoga to Montreal
