Bus Tickets from Salta to La Quiaca

Toilet closed for first 3 hours of journeys. No stops at service stations. USB charger at seat doesn't work. Political roadblocks in Jujuy which we were given no warning about, should have arrived at 6pm but it's 10:30 and we're still at least 1 hour away.

After reading the previous reviews I was apprehensive about going with Balut but everything went well the only problem we could have encountered was when we booked with busbyd we chose the front window seats but on the ticket we received the seat numbers were not listed but we did sit where we wanted but were worried someone else had our numbers

Non professional employees giving no indication and making no effort to understand the client. The man in charge of the luggages constantly asks for tips (to put the luggage in the trunk and to take it out which takes literally 5 seconds).The bus was pretty old and dusty with average leg-room and no onboard service (not even a cup of water during the 7h30 drive).

We booked cama class rather than semi-cama as we thought there would be some drinks or food provided but there wasn't. This is the only cama in South America that also didn't provide blankets for the cold night. Disappointed

Incredibly cold bus, no leg room and bus very dirty when we got on

Arrived 3 hours late due to bus breaking down multiple times. No communication from driver or company during delays. Bus was safe and comfortable otherwise.

The bus was more than 2 hours late and no one informed us. We got to the station for time for the bus that was supposed to depart at 4:40 am and left the station after 7 am!! We didn’t know if the bus was even gonna make it, and we missed our next bus of the delay. Very unsatisfied by this trip.
