The worst company and bus ever. We will never take it again. 4 hour delay which is twice the travel time. Each half an hour drive has 15 mintues stop for toilte and cigarettes. Operators are not helpful and very rude.

It arrived over an hour late. No one answered the phone when I used the number provided on the ticket to see if there was delay and any possible eta.i also think I left my makeup bag on board and i haven't heard back, or feel as though anyone would answer the phone if I inquired
