Then the driver kept making announcements telling me and the person beside me to stop talking to each other, even though we were being reasonable in our volume. Don't know what his problem was.

I booked to be picked up at cherry Hill Mall in New Jersey, and had a difficult time finding where the bus stopped, the sign was very small. I sent about 15-20 minutes circling the parking lot. No direction on the web site as to where the pick up was located. Outside of that, the service and ride was excellent

I bought a ticket for the wrong train I even purchased the insurance ahead of time beforehand. Amtrak needs to give me a future voucher for another ticket it was a mistake I paid for a train that left Philly to nyc at 1209am it needed to be PM
