The drive itself was fine. The driver was good. The disorganization of the process both in NYC and Albany was so bad that I decided to disembark at the non-station rather than wait an indeterminate time to go to the Amtrak station where I had planned to be picked up by my friend. The process is always improved by communication, which was seriously lacking. It was not the drivers fault, but she did little to alleviate the mis communication.

It was easy to buy tickets from the site. I was able to get on the bus 1 1/2 hrs early because the bus was empty and the driver was very nice.

I didn't enjoy the fact that it was cold on the cart in was in. They had the air conditioner on when it was below 50 degrees outside. It was also raining outside. Conductor did nothing about it.
