I only bought this ticket because of the wifi advertized, but there was no wifi on the bus. 20 hours without being able to contact anybody and there was no apology or anything. The bus was 2 hours late and nobody knew if I was ok or not. When I asked the staff member about wifi he basically rolled his eyes at me.

The bus drivers treated me horrible. No one was at the station to print off the boarding pass, but I my cell phone with a copy of the ticket and my passport. The bus drivers tried to leave without me, insulted me for being a foreigner. It wasnt till an employee from a different company rushed over to help and print off the ticket I was able to board. I will never use Via Bariloche again, and suggest anyone who is from another country to search elsewhere for their transportation needs.
