GREYHOUND STAFF AND ORGANZIZATION HAS TO IMPROVE DRASTICALLY. I was supposed to go by 5:15 ,the time I booked my ticket. I have waited for almost like10 hours. It is now 3:02 am and the bus is still not here. A passengereven missed her flight she was supposed to have by 1 pm today !!! Horrible customer service !!
