Bus was on time and left right on the specified departure time which was great. But, the bus itself and the seats looked really worn down, like maintenance has not been given to the inside of the bus for a while, and the AC on the bus was absurdly cold.

Bus driver left behind a mother and her young daughter at rest stop in coalinga. Completely inappropriate and unacceptable behavior, without any real reason. Driver insisted that a timeline needed to be adhered to, however the passengers left behind were within 30 feet of the bus and all of the passengers onboard were advocating for the driver to turn around and allow them onboard. We found this behavior egregious and unnecessary, and felt our safety was compromised from that point forward.

I booked a ticket and got the email that I should have got up on 5951 Hollywood Blvd. but when l arrived there by Uber I Couldn't find the location. I had to call your service department, a lady told me another location about 10miles from Hollywood Blvd. when I headed to there. The eight o'clock bus had left. I had to change to the10o'clock bus. I don't know if the Hollywood bus stop was cancelled? why was it still in the ticket list?
