I didn’t enjoy the fact that I boarded the wrong bus even after seeking for assistance at the station, showing my ticket to the staff. I was travelling to Northampton from London Victoria but found myself in Bristol. I enjoyed my journey because I still got to Northampton with the help of the customer service who arranged for me to be picked from Bristol to Birmingham and then arranged a taxi from Birmingham to Northampton. That really made my day.
