We had the pleasure of riding in a new coach and an older coach. The new coach was a smooth ride compared to the 9 year old coach with front end suspension issues. After complaints from riders about no electrical outlets working in the older coach, our driver notified a mechanic at the next stop and the problen of not being able to charge cell phones was resolved at a short layover. Waiting for a relief driver at one of our stops caused an hour long delay but we were soon on our way when a retired bus driver was called in to drive. It was quiet enough to sleep at night due to the driver reminding passengers who had devices to use headphones. Weather related issues caused delays but we appreciated our driver putting our safety first. We also appreciated the extra legroom and Wifi as well. Overall, we enjoyed the ride and will choose greyhound again in the future.
