WORST experience ever!!! To start the bus was over 2 hours late to pick us up. Then I was given the driver's phone number, why would I have to call the driver to see where he was at? I am the customer not logistics. Then the driver was extremely rude, he was arguing with a passenger for over an hour while driving. I don't recommend MECCA Tours to anyone.

On my bus from LA to Indio, I showed up 12 minutes early to the pick up location and the bus pulled out and left as I was walking out to it.

The bus was over 6 hours late, which caused me to be late getting back home, which caused me to miss work. It was also extremely unsafe as the seatbelts didn’t work (I have a photo to submit if needed), which is a complete safety hazard. It was extremely dirty, there was trash everywhere on bus and also in front of the pouch for the seat I was sitting in, the driver only spoke Spanish so thankfully someone on bus spoke English to tell me when to exit bus or I would have missed my stop, and people were loudly playing things on their phone without using speakers.
