Bus from Houston, US to San Antonio, US: Tickets & Schedules

Seat 11D was horrible, I stood up almost through out my trip, it was paining my back

The service was appauling, there wasnt any at the service desk at all, the staff were rude, not helpful at all when trying to ask for help!!! We had our 9 year old Child with us on the bus, and the toilet was locked the whole Journey to San Antonio, when asked the drive for a key he snapped at me saying it isnt locked nothing i can do about it, his name was Eddie and he was very rude abrupt and un helpful we would Not recommend this bus line to any one, the service as a whole needs a good looking at!!!

The ride was great, nice bus, the man that worked their asked If I wanted to have my bag tagged. I already have my info. on my bag. I wasn't told if it is not tied with a label of where I was going the driver would not let me on. I had to then go back in and have it tagged. The man should have told me because that was the only part was stressful.

This is the first time using greyhound bus and the ac did not worked and we got to the destination 40 minutes late.

It was overall, a great experience, allowing me to trust future bus transportation services. The driver even arrived at our final destination 20 minutes early.

Everything was smooth and safe.

It was a great first experience for me and my daughters, the only thing is it was hot

trip was great and the driver was nice and informative... downfall of my journey was a passenger sitting adjacent to me who was speaking loud on her phone.

The bus was over an hour and a half late. The app was not providing and updated at all. It would have been nice to have received notifications. And even when trying to contact someone there was no response. The best thing about the ride was the driver.

No terminal estaba cerrada. No habia bus. Tuve que comprar otro en otra empresa

On time departure and arrival is what the passengers are looking for. I will be very happy if the bus for today afternoon to Houston is on time.

Online tickets should be able to print in English also. The online ticket should mention the departure and arrival exact location as it is confusing by just stating the city name. Crew shld be trained to understand and communicate with english- non Spanish speaking passengers.
