Bus Tickets from Cusco to Puerto Maldonado

Speakers were very loud, to the point I couldn’t speak to the person next to me. No aircon so it was very hot inside. Oil spilt over our luggage in the bag hold. Arrived to Puerto Maldonado three hours late.

The bus broke down and we waited in the road for over 4 hours. The bus was either too cold or too hot.

There was no clear instructions where to get the bus from. It said estacion waschaq on the tickets but there is no bus station there so I had to book another bus and take it from the main bus terminal. It cost me much more and 3 taxi rides

The driver drove very quickly on the windy mountain roads, which meant we couldn't sleep as we were thrown around. People got motion sickness.

The seats are pretty small but bearable. However, it was so unbelievably hot that we couldn’t sleep. No aircon and seems radiator was on

One of my best bus trips. Seats actually fully reclined and not over someone else's legs. So much space. I slept well.

After we read all the Reviews we expected the worst. But our Bus was clean, left on time and we arrived on time in Puerto Maldonado. The Check-in in cusco was easy and fast

Perfect! Quick check - in, prompt departure, comfortable seat, luggage in good condition on arrival. I'd use CIVA again!

Très mauvaise expérience. Le bus est parti en retard puis tombé en panne en plein milieu de la nuit pendant 3 heures arrêtés . Sans aucune information. Ce n est pas à refaire
