Tour Express has received mixed feedback from users. Many appreciated the drivers' skills and found their journeys satisfactory overall. However, there were concerns about unclear departure points, issues with air conditioning leading to discomfort due to extreme temperatures inside the vehicle, and confusion regarding destination stops which led some passengers to unexpected locations in Montreal.

The driver called me to ask if I was coming, I appreciated the personal touch. He was very kind and personable.

The drive to Montreal was ok despite the weather, the driver got us there safely. The only issue was, I was sitting beside a women that was breathing so loud and then soon after we left she fell asleep and snored the whole way to Montreal. I wish the driver would have put music on or asked if anyone wanted to switch seats as there was one more spot in the back.

Totally dissatisfied. Nothing outside 600 Cumberland in the way of a bus stop sign. Luckily a young lady was waiting and assured us we were in the correct pickup area. Eventually when the bus arrived we were bombarded with other passengers who appeared just as the bus arrived and with excess luggage! All in all won't use this service in the future. Not the driver's fault, he handled the situation well. Michael Stott
