It took off from Johannesburg 45 minutes before and on my ticket the departure time was 13h00.I suffered a lot so as to join my bus at the border. And then with my ticket I had to stand in the bus from the border to Mutare. It was a terrible experience

BAD 1. The bus did not keep to the booking time. It arrived 4 hours later. 2. On the Zim side, the bus kept kicking and dropping local passengers making rendering our goods insecure. GOOD 1.The bus was strong and fast enough and avoided unnecessary stops until the border.
