I was at the columbus bus station from 7am to catch the 3:15pm bus when the bus arrived the lady never call Springfield leaving me and another passenger in Columbus after waiting 15 mins thinkn the bus was late only to get the guy was rude to me and when I called the greyhound the guy wanted to charge me 20.00 I will never use the greyhound anymore

The bus departed and arrived over 4 hours late. Staff could have done a better job of getting out information on the delay, starting with the Departures monitor. Staff at this station (Columbus, OH) were generally helpful, so I give them a pass on service. But I think they could have been more on top of announcements.
