The bus was 39 minutes late but I was advised ahead of time and by having the app I could follow any updates. The drivers were flexible in the frequency of stops and how long they waited. It made us 45 minutes later than the revised late departure. Since I wasn’t pressed for time it was fine but it would have been good to honor the scheduled times posted. However, I will admit that the other people on the bus who were traveling much longer than me appreciated it. Overall, the bus was comfortable and the experience was fine.
