The driver was good, the bus comfortable, but I didn't like to be stranded at the Petro Canada gas station instead of being brought to the Crowfoot LRT station. The good point about public transportation is to help passengers and their luggage. The start from Canmore should coincide wit the Roam bus at the Benchland station. The arrival in Calgary should be at the LRT, like other companies, better still in a downtown location with more public choices. It's lucky that I had a phone to contact the person who picked me up in a different place.

We arrived 25 minutes early and the bus never showed up. It completely skipped our stop in canmore. We checked the tracking and it was already most of the way to Calgary. Also there is no phone number to call after 5pm so we were left stranded in the middle of the rockies, had to take a 200 dollar taxi home.

There was about 11 of us waiting for that bus and 7 needed to go to the airport , they hailed a cab and spent well over $200 to get to their airport destination . what happened ?

The windows were clean for my photos :) It matters when the scenery is beautiful! I like the fact that I cd move to other seats which were not occupied and driver told us in advance that there were no other pickups. Bus was clean, there were refreshments and drivers gave a service with a smile. :)
