Greyhound Boston Ithaca recent customer reviews
I expected Greyhound to maintain the quality of their buses and have substitutes readily available during inclement weathers. However, I was shocked when my bus broke down on the side of a busy road somewhere in Boston 10 minutes into our trip. We waited around two hours for another bus to come, and rather than have someone move our luggages to the other bus, a few of the passengers, including me, were the ones moving the luggages. And then to find out that the heater on the new bus was broken for the entire duration of the bus ride to New York City. It was 10 degrees Celsius in the bus and -10 degrees outside for 5 hours. Additionally, it was a chaotic transfer, and I missed my bus to my campus; instead of waiting for a bus to Cornell University, which made a stop at Binghamton, I waited for Binghamton, which I didn't know was the wrong line. I'm disappointed that Greyhound is not up to par with taking care of their buses, and as a college student, I need a reliable mode of public transportation to visit my family and return to my campus for the holidays. Being a first-time user, I thought that your company was a dependable bus service. Rest assured I'm avoiding your service from now on.

Terrible service. Had to change three buses to reach my destination. I was going to miss my bus at Port authority due to the poor directions and also the details in the ticket. Very disappointed

The first bus was late, so I had to wait for another connecting bus. They had the chance to put me in an earlier bus but because it was more expensive for them, they decided to let me wait 2 extra hours.
