Very good. I'm in my eightys and it's the first time I've travelled by National Express and found it easy. Staff at Digbeth were helpful and friendly and the coach driver was good and the journey comfortable.

The coach driver was a very pleasant and friendly individual. As we booked our trip from Australia we made an error in the return trips timing and was denied a cancel because I got the booking wrong. I also found the information about the coach station confusing. I was led to believe that the coach station was at the airport but it was actually 30 minutes away so we had to pay for a taxi to get us to the bus station. The trip on the bus was very pleasant.
