Not enough legroom!! My knees were pushing against the seat in front, even when spread apart. Not comfortable at all.

The bus arrived on time, and the driver was very friendly and polite to everyone onboarding. The sits are great and comfortable, and the WiFi worked really well.
Some pitfalls: I don’t know why, but before coming to get us, the bus passed by the stop about 15-20 mins before departure hour without stopping though. I’ve seen him leave coming up to the stop, so I was worried for some time it won’t come back:) another thing: though it was supposed to be prohibited to eat at all, which is a bit sad:) I found some chips crumbs on my small table. It wasn’t too pleasant.
As for other points, everything was great and comfy:) I’ll definitely consider this bus company when visiting Andorra next time.

Explanation at the Andorran border should be provided in more than just Catalan /Spanish verbally as most of us tourists didn't know what to do, delaying the border crossing process. Perhaps consider English & French which would have clarified process for most of us.
