The driver did not know his route well enough to tell me that my destination was part of the travel schedule to the final stop. The driver is incompetent, and this makes me wonder about the quality of other Greyhound bus drivers. I am extremely dissatisfied due to not having been provided service. Greyhound needs to take a closer look at their staff to ensure incidents such as these do not occur in the future.

Overall things were great. My only complaint was that it was not made clear that I had to get a special tag to check my bag when I bought tickets online a couple weeks prior to my trip. I had sat 2 hours in the station between my flight and bus ride where I could have gotten this done but was not aware of this rule until it was time to board and they sent me back to a line to print one off telling me they would leave with or without me. If it was not for a member of the staff who noticed me panicking in the line, and brought me to an unused station to print one off, I would not have made my bus due to this and the line being long (one customer spent 15 minutes at the counter with 1 attendant).
