Bus Tickets from Alanya to Antalya

Worst bus trip ever!!! We booked our tickets online from Alanya to Antalya and chose this company because it was the fastest and allowed a bag of 30 Kg per passanger. We thought it would be better than the public bus. We deposited our bags in the compartment and sat in our seats, to be surprised when the bus left by the driver’s assistant asking for a 100 TL (~4$) because our bags were very heavy. I told him that our tickets state 30 Kg, so he started shouting in Turkish. It was morning I didn’t want to ruin my day over a small amount of money so I just payed even though he never weighed the bags. We thought this was going to be the end of our problems, but suddenly the bus started stopping several times on the road, not just on the bus stop. After this, we hoped we used the public bus AA01 which would have been more respectable, especially after this bus arrived 30 mins late. Very bad experience, I recommend everyone to avoid this company.

The journey took an hour longer than scheduled. Had no idea what the drivers assistant was saying when he made announcements. Seats were very comfortable and reclined however none on the screens worked, there was no WiFi as advertised and also the phone charging facility did not work.

Good service: on time departure, soft and comfortable wide seats. Only still water was served while we have departed. One thing that could potentially be improved is NO strangers coming to the bus to sell their goods (like boiled corn).
